DzambaPROFILE Jack Dzamba brings an international sophistication to photography and design, having traveled and taken pictures in Europe, Russia, China, Canada, South America, and the United States. Icron (Image Chronicle) was founded in 2003. His work has won numerous awards in juried and international competitions, including in the 2007 Prix de la Photographie Paris, competition. www. Px3.fr. Jack's, image Remembrance, taken at the Louvre in Paris, was chosen in a National Juried Competition in 2003, judged by Marian Parmenter, Executive Director and Founder of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Artists Gallery. Jack’s work has been published in two books: Incredible Eyes, TCB- Café Publishing, San Francisco (2005) and Like Sand From Orchid’s Lips, TCB- Café Publishing, San Francisco, (2006). His work has been exhibited in solo and group shows in New York, Boston and San Francisco. Jack’s work is also exhibited on the Saatchi Gallery Online, www.saatchi-gallery.co.uk. Jack says, "My pictures are taken in a single click and in a fraction
of a second. I try to portray a dream-like quality in my work and with the
Nudes, to put the viewer in the studio, as if the camera were never there.
Henri Cartier- Bresson said that you already have these pictures in your
mind and when you see something, the geometry, composition and lighting
all come together and you recognize the image again." |
